Cancelation Policy In stock items normally ship within 48-72 hours after an order has been placed. Orders paid with credit card will be charged once the order has been placed. We will accept cancelation of your order for items that have not yet shipped or are on back-order. To cancel an in stock order, please email us sales email@example.com with your name and order confirmation number. Once an item has shipped the order cannot be canceled.
Returns If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a company credit within 10 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return an item, please email us a copy of the invoice that was sent to you at the time of purchase along with the reason for the return or exchange. All credits on returned items will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 20% of the purchase price and you will be responsible for return shipping and delivery charges.
All returns must be received in original condition within 30 days of contacting us. Please be sure to retain the original packing materials for item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been damaged during the original trip out to you. Credits for returned goods will be issued in the form of store credit within 30 days. Unless the return is a result of our error or damage during shipment, we do not credit original or return shipping costs.
