Will my order be charged sales-tax?
Tax of 8.875% will be added to all orders shipped to New York.

Do we have a retail store?
We do not have a retail store. Our showroom is located at our factory in New Rochelle, NY.  If you wish to see an item in person, please contact us at 1 914 633-7799.

How will I know if my item is in stock?
Lead times vary.  Please check the product page for expected lead time and in stock availability.

Is assembly required?
