General Shipping Policy Oliver & George Living processes orders Monday through Friday only. Please allow up to 3 days for processing your order. How long will my order take to arrive? Please allow approximately 10 business days for standard shipments of in stock items to arrive. If you have purchased items that are back-ordered or special order, please refer to the applicable lead-times. In the event that your order is experiencing any kind of a delay, we will notify you by email.
Is there an extra fee for oversized items? There is no additional fee for oversized items. However, depending upon the quantity ordered, there may be additional costs since large orders may need to travel via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. Should you need to schedule a different delivery date and time, please contact us and we will provide you with the additional costs and to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.
What does it mean if my item is back-ordered? We sometimes have items for sale that have not yet been received at our distribution center, or that have sold out and are being restocked. You may still order these items in order to reserve them and we will ship them to you when the supply is replenished. Back-ordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping once they have arrived.
Do we ship internationally? Yes, we do ship internationally. If you would like to receive a quote for shipping costs, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with a complete shipping address, phone number and a list of the items you would like to have shipped.
May I ship to a location other than billing address and/or multiple locations? If you would like your order sent to a location that is different from the billing address, you can do so when filling out the billing and shipping pages. Please note, however, that we cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have each shipped to a different address, you will only be able to do so by making separate purchases. Please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
What about damages during shipment? In the unfortunate event that your purchased items are damaged during shipment, please contact us at email@example.com with your original order within 48 hours of receiving the item to file a claim. Following the claim report, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping label. Please return the damaged item in the original packing material, using the prepaid shipping label we have provided and we will gladly replace and re-ship the item(s) free of charge.
